A patch for mrtg-rrd.cgi v0.7 which modifies parse_directories() & print_dir() so that AddHead[_], PageTop[_], and
PageFoot[_] defaults work on directory listing pages.

Usage:

Download the .diff file into the mrtg-rrd-0.7/ directory and run the following command before you call make:

patch < mrtg-rrd.cgi-patch-addhead_pagetop_pagefoot_for_directories.diff
